Product Introduction

The type of product is designed for micro-cable. Generally the loose tube of micro-cable is made diameter range of 0.6mm to 1.2mm, but general filling gel is made to higher viscosity (poor flow ability)small penetration(thick pasty fluid). It happens to block or distributed unevenly when filling into micro-cable loose tube so that it loses the protection function of fiber filling gel. Due to micro optical filling gel is processed for lubricity, flow ability, low viscosity and large penetration, which is convenient for filling into micro-cable evenly.

Filling gel is needed to be homogeneous, water repellency, and does not include any dust, metal particles, and other impurities. It should be no sight visible air bubbles, and the mold should be no nutrition. Filling gel should be non-toxic, no stimulation to the skin.
