The type ZLY-300 is created that spraying technology has been successfully applied in the cable industrie. It does not produce depends on method of traditional sheathed line pressure filling or method of drop wise adding. The spraying technology extremely promotes quality of optical cable. The new technology insures water seepage property, solves the problem that pressure filling leads cable broken, solves the problem that metal belt joint may occur water seepage, solves the problem that metal belt overflow effects surface quality of optical cable. Furthermore, it can save cable filling gel volume, resources and environments.

Filling gel is needed to be homogeneous, water repellency, and does not include any dust, metal particles, and other impurities. It should be no nutrition. Filling gel should be non-toxic, no stimulation to the skin.
