On October 28, 2016, the visiting scholar of Fudan University, San Francisco University and Stanford University, Senior Lecturer of Shanghai Etiquette Association, Ms. Liang Jie was invited to Shanghai Honghui where give a nice speech of etiquette training to employees. More than 40 employees from the Shanghai Honghui offices were participating in the training.

        During the training, Ms. Liang took a method of a combination of theory and actual exercises to show us what etiquette is. She made several aspects of examples that including communication meeting etiquette, reception, grooming, executive deportment and precedence to remind us the importance of etiquette during the daily work. Ms. Liang’s relaxed and humorous teaching style were attracting employees enjoying the training.

        The training made employees find their disadvantage in the daily work, which is an effective breakthrough in the guiding role for the improvement of the daily work and professional quality. Everyone expresses great benefit, and hope Shanghai   Honghui holds more good training to enhance their personal ability.
