In July 11, 2017 the "40 years" fiber optic cable Chinese part of the preparation work coordination and part of the manuscript conference hosted by the Shanghai trial Honghui optical Polytron Technologies Inc successfully held in Shanghai Jiading, the meeting by the China CEEIA wire and cable branch, Chinese Association of communication enterprises communication cable Specialized Committee, China electronic components industry association optical cable and optical devices (hereinafter branch referred to as the "three union") organized.

       The meeting was presided over by the book editor Mu Chengbin, welcome, Shanghai Honghui optical Polytron Technologies Inc chairman Huang Huiliang three, expressed gratitude to the leadership of the association actively involved in the preparation of the enterprise to support. The main person in charge of each chapter, as well as more than 50 writers, attended the meeting. In the meeting, each chapter and chapter mainly writes, the person in charge has made the report to the writing work, and has carried on the discussion and the preliminary examination to some sections and chapter drafts the first draft content. The event lasted 2 days and ended perfectly at noon on July 12th.
